In terms of fees, my cohosting services come at a competitive rate of $10 per hour or 10% of the monthly revenue generated by your Airbnb listing (Terms and conditions apply). This fee covers all the services I provide, and you can rest assured that I will work diligently to maximize your rental income and provide excellent value for your investment.
